He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Clark and Helen Clark (Kopan); and his siblings, Duane, Robert, William, Rueben and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his mother-in-law Carolyn Roberts; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Clark, Lori Roberts and Patrick McGarry; and his nieces and nephews, Pamela Haley (Robert), Carleen Dolack (Richard), Scott Clark (Dawn), Lawrence Meister and Joseph Roberts (Haley Vollmer). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Camp Douglas Masonic Lodge for scholarships, Wisconsin Historical Society, Monroe County Local History Room and Museum in Sparta, WI, Chasing Daylight Animal Shelter, or Neighbor for Neighbor Food Pantry.
