He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Kay); his parents, Frank Duffy and Agatha Duffy; and his siblings, Thomas, Raymond, Edmund, Gerald (Maurice), Harold (Francis) and Helen.

He is survived by: his children, Elyse Duffy and Ron Duffy (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
