She is survived by: her children, Mark E. Baker of Saratoga Springs, N. Y., Todd Baker (Diane) of Sun Prairie, Wis. and Jane Pomazal (Chuck) of Dixon, Ill.; her grandchildren, Matt, Greg, Dan, Ryan, Oliver, Jennifer, Anna, Carl and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Simon, Sawyer, Joey, Kasey, Henry, Bryson, Emric and Kaden.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Leonore's name to Agrace HospiceCare and/or Oakwood Foundation.
