It is with sadness that the passing of Linda Lorenz (Madison, Wisconsin) is shared. Linda, born on October 12, 1954, passed away on October 13, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Lorenz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Cook and Bernadine Cook (Straka); her sister Patricia Berg; her brother-in-law Jerry Berg; and her brother Greg Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Al; her sons, Joe and Danny (Antonella); her grandson Luca; her siblings, Rita Rice (John), Brenda Williams (Rich) and Gerard Cook; and her sister-in-law Beth Cook (Lorenz). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (602 Everglade Dr, Madison, WI 53717).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the UW Transplant Clinic.
