He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Paul Sherburne and Myrtle Leona Sherburne; his former wife Kathleen; his brother Earl; his nephew Michael; and his niece Catherine.
He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his children, Ellen Hall (David), Kelly McAdams (Christopher) and Kevin Sherburne (Elisa); his grandchildren, Casey Threlfall, Catherine Sherburne, Ryan Hall and Malachy McAdams; and his nieces, Cynthia Singletary and Alice Sherburne.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Knights of Columbus or the American Cancer Society.
