She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Novinska and Edith Novinska (Widen); her husband Timothy Powers; her sisters, Edie Matthews, Mary Hipenbecker and Dorothy Novinska; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Louis and Theresa Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Powers (Heide), Paula Jacobs, Greg Powers (Rhonda Kisting) and Jeffery Powers (Jennifer Erynne); her grandchildren, Jorden, Spencer and Paul Powers; and her siblings, Jean Novinska (Delores), David Novinska (Kim), Richard Novinska, Barbara Olson and Kathy Flemel (William). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
