He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Agnes Meissen (Place) and Raymond Francis Meissen; his brother Donald Eugene Meissen; his brother-in-law Marvin George Richter; his daughter-in-law Karen Ellen Meissen (Erickson); his granddaughter Kristina Marie Meissen; and his great grandchild Karina Maria.
He is survived by: his sons, Phillip and Michael; his wife Patricia A. Lee; his sisters, Clarissa Suzanne Richter and Carolyn Marie Panoske (Steve); his sister-in-law Margaret Ann Meissen (Patricia A. Meissen); his nephew Phillip Andrew Meissen (Gail); his niece Theresa Susan Meissen (Kyle Mathews); his great-nephew Michael James Meissen (Debbie Fairweather); his great-niece Anna Bernadette Brown (Michael); his grandchildren, Danielle Wampole (Tony), Kari Glattard (Nick), Aaron Meissen (Torri), Brad Meissen (Lauren), Katelyn Keller (Jake), Nathan Brown (Ebba), Matthew Brown (Marie), Lauren Mixtacki (Brian), Kristin Lipanot (Ben), Keahn Dunn (Megan) and Kevin Dunn; Christina Collette Dunn (Michael).
