She is survived by: her children, Michael Belz, Laurie Calamari and Marjorie "Margo" Polzine (Jon); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Belz, Ryan Belz, Travis Calamari and Zachary Calamari. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
