She is survived by: her children, Susan Polentini (Mark) and Franklin Keller; her grandchildren, Anthony, Sam, Joey Polentini, David, John, Thomas, Mark, Daniel, Michael and Rachel Keller; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Skaalen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association.
