He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Waller and Lois F. Waller; his brother Jon K. Waller; his grandparents, Kenneth and Mildred Eaton; his uncle Sherwood Eaton; his aunts, Donna Halls, Doris Eaton and Mary Lou Herr; his grandparents, Harold and Hazel Waller; and his aunts, Marth Jean Riggs, Frances C. Choate and Mary Helen Conder.

He is survived by: his sister Renee Waller Meichtry (Larry Chambers) of Monona, WI; his niece Erin Meichtry of Stevens Point, WI; his uncle Phillip Waller (Joyce) of Fort Atkinson, WI; and his close friends, Tom Dunphy, Sandy Perry, Joe Prestigiacomo and Randy Youngman.
