With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nick W. Beerntsen (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mel Beerntsen and Theresa Beerntsen (Walczyk); and also, Herman and Clarice Theisen (Moser). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Beerntsen (Theisen); his siblings, Mark Beerntsen, Mary Webb (Pat) and Brenda Beerntsen; and his in-laws, Joe Theisen, Dick Theisen, Harry, Joanne Theisen, Jeanne, Jerry Russell, Denny, Mary Theisen, Steve Wolf, Beth, Roy Aycock, Tom and Kathy Theisen. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church (401 S Owen Dr, Madison, WI 53711). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dunn Town Hall.
