She is survived by: her children, Sarah Moffett-Hills (Kyla), Katie Moffett, Jenna Moffett and Dylan Moffett; her grandchildren, Jacob, Jayden, Memphis, Aspen and Archer; her great grandchild Amari; her brothers, John Duane and Jeremy Duane; and her friends, Pam Jacobs and Jonna Duane. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted in Penny's name to the Dignity Project or Goodman Center.
