It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Ewenko of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Peter is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Peter's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Makar Ewenko and Tatianna Ewenko (Shopka). He is survived by: his wife Terri Pazderski; his siblings, Eleanor Larsen, Anna McMurtach (Bill) and Joseph Such; his stepdaughters, Natalie Fogle (Jayson) and Cheryl Meinholz (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Isabel and Sawyer Meinholz. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cress Funeral & Cremation Service - Madison (3325 E Washington Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cress Funeral Home (3325 E Washington Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
