He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemens Slepekis and Lucille Slepekis (Batt); and his brothers, John and Mike Slepekis. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerome Slepekis and JoAnne Hokanson; his siblings-in-law, Leah (David), Julia, Claire, Anne Fluecke, Lindsay, Christopher, Peyton, Lucy Slepekis and Alex Hokanson (Maria); his niece Georgia; his sister-in-law Angela Hokanson; his niece Veronica Schaps; and his cousins, Jim Slapikes, Alice Timm, Janet Murray and MaryAnn Schuman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Bernard Parish Center (2438 Atwood Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
