We are sad to announce that, on November 28, 2022, at the age of 79, Phyllis Ann (Johnson) Peterson of Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Johnston and Marie Johnston (Brey); and her son Jerry Leonard Peterson. She is survived by: her son Gary Peterson (Tammy Westphal); her grandson Andrew Peterson; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Bernard Catholic Church in Madison or Olbrich Gardens would be appreciated by the family.
