He is survived by: his wife Gerri (Schachte) of Mark's Church; his children, Lynn Oldenburg, Melissa Riley (Tom) and Scott Denson; his grandchildren, Nick Oldenburg (Gabe), Evan Oldenburg (Rebecca), Jacob Riley (Ashlee) and Kayla Riley; his great grandchild Jocelyn Riley; his sister Dottie Mellenberger; and his sister-in-law Mary Schachte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SSM Hospice and St. Stephen's Lutheran Church.
