It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex A. Wagner of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Wagner (Kennel). He is survived by: his father Craig Wagner; his wife Sarah; his siblings, Kurt Wagner (Tanya), Scott Wagner (Cathy), Roy Wagner, Brian Wagner (Nicole) and Tena Kincaid (Adam); and his friend Rex. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
