He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Crabtree and Anna Allen; his siblings, Jim Crabtree and Berdene Luther; his parents-in-law, Stephen and Dolores Banaszak; his siblings-in-law, Steve Banaszak, Dick Priebe, Pat Banaszak and Anita Shively; his nephews, Patrick Snell and Zachary Shively; and his niece Teresa Banaszak.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Crabtree; his children, Christine Salfer (Scott), Catherine Curran (Doug), Renee Kotajarvi (Steve), Alex Crabtree (Rachelle), Ben Crabtree (Amanda) and Adam Crabtree (Rhianon); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Jacob, Andre, Cora, Christian, Piper, Connor and Avery.
