He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Puent and Anna Puent (Anderson); his siblings-in-law, Howard, Clara Zellmer (Hefti), Tom Phelps and Susan Puent (Gagermeier); and his nephews, James and Timothy Puent.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Cathy Dorsey (Brian) of LaCrosse, WI, Rick Puent (Sharon Johnson), Barbara Torkelson (Drew) of Topeka, KS, Dan Puent of LaCrosse, WI and Tom Puent (Carol Heimerdinger) of Albertville, MN; his granddaughters, Megan Cain (Charles) of Hutto, TX, Marissa Dorsey (Dylan Broxterman), Anna and Krista Puent of Albertville, MN; his stepgranddaughter Sarah Remley (Patrick) of Hunlock Creek, PA; his great grandchild Hunter Brian Broxterman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emily, Patrick Jr., George and James Remley; and his siblings, Marilyn Phelps, Donald and Jean VonArx. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
