He is survived by: his wife Mary Minnella Lowisz; his daughter Jacqueline Marie Hayes (Ryan John Hayes); his grandson Jack Ryan Hayes; his daughter Katherine Rose Lowisz (Jeffrey Eric Rueter); his mother Lottie Lowisz; and his brother Steve Lowisz.
They ask that in lieu of flowers, donations made in Rich's honor go towards the Brain Injury Alliance of Wisconsin.
