He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Proctor and Arline Proctor (Grigsby). He is survived by: his wife Paula Kelley; his children, Rick Proctor, Jennifer Hein (Steve), Kelley Proctor (Josh Walters) and Luke Proctor (Tressa); his grandchildren, Libbie Hein, Maxwell Borgmann, Sunny Proctor, Thea Proctor, Kai Proctor and Cade Proctor; and his siblings, Christine Mueller and Jim Proctor (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
