He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kevin White, Janelle Adames, David White, Dena Crook (Drew), Tammy Ford and Jodie Ryan (Jacques); his grandchildren, Colton, Cameron, Carter, Courtney Ryan, Duncan and Danica Crook; and his brother William "Bill" White (Pat). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends and neighbors.
