With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rita Marie (Baryenbruch) Scallon in Madison, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Baryenbruch and Valeria Baryenbruch (Doyle); her husband Dennis Scallon; and her siblings, Roland (Pauline), Ramona (Ken Stephens), Jack (Mary Ann), Art and Ruth Stoddard.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Valentyn (Tim) of Verona, Monie Scallon (Miguel Mostaza) of Madrid, Kevin Scallon (Betsy) of Cross Plains, Debbie Fairweather (Mike Meissen) of Madison, Greg Scallon (Shelly) of Minneapolis, Minn and Peggy Scallon (Mark Redsten) of Madison; her siblings, Jerry (Mary Lou), Rosie Porter and Michael (Rhonda); her sister-in-law Shirley Baryenbruch; her grandchildren, Brett (Mackenzie), Connor Valentyn (Kate), Daniel, Alexandra Mostaza Scallon (Paul Collins), Katie (Mike Gallo), Andrew (Laura), Sarah Scallon (Peter Kleinschmidt), Ian (Shelby), Dylan Fairweather (Kelevi Ganilau), Eli, Quinn Scallon, Oliver and Genevieve Redsten; and her great grandchildren, Sloan, Wells, Beau, Jack, Cora, Leo, Finn, Zoe, Ella, Eddie, Owen, August, Milo and Meli. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
