He is survived by: his wife Audrey Karls (Winscher); his children, Paul Karls and Theresa Juris (Karls); his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Sandi Karls; and his grandchildren, Matthew Juris (Sarah Marquardt), Nicholas Juris (James Belmont) and Jenna Karls. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
