He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dommershausen and Margaret Dommershausen; his siblings, Kay, Dick and Gerald; and his nephew Anthony.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Dommershausen of Madison, Tom Dommershausen (Patricia Wade) of Lebanon, OH, Margaret Youngblood (Peggy) of Madison, Mary Hoffman of Gilbert, AZ, Jo Ann Dommershausen of Madison and Donna Bauhs (Jeff) of Cambridge; and his nieces and nephews, Ollie and Marquitta of Madison.
