He is survived by: his daughters, Roseanne Drake-Schmitz (Larry) and Linda Rauls (Joe); his sister-in-law Charlene Drake (Bobholz); his grandchildren, Curt Rauls (Kaycey), Leah Schmitz (Mihai), Alicia Rauls, Wren Schmitz and Allyson Rauls; and his great grandchild Kinzey Rauls.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (5202 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, WI 53716). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute, and Ducks Unlimited.
