He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen O'Kray (Jablonski) and Raymond J. O'Kray; his siblings, Marleen Simandl (Richard) and Eugene O'Kray (Mary Ann); his niece Kim Ann Johnson; and his nephew Sean O'Kray.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Jean O'Kray Lew (Ervin Altenberger); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Altenberger, Michael Altenberger (Johanna), Scott O'Kray, Richard O'Kray, Amanda Altenberger and Dawn Simandl.
