He is survived by: his grandchildren, Daniela, Gabriela, Olivia Witte, Jackson Horiatis and Maximus Witte; his wife Katharine Witte (Pobanz); and his children, David Witte (Cristina) of Monona, Andrew Witte of Madison and Kara Horiatis (Jack) of Naperville, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
