Ruth Domack Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Domack (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ruth Domack to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Phillips and Harriet Phillips (Hogan); and her brothers, Mike and Vic. She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Jennifer), Brian (Alicia) and Tim (Caroline); her grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob, Phillip, Addison and Margaret; her husband Dennis Domack; her siblings, Tom Phillips (Karen), Sue Garland (Bob) and Mary Thorell (Curt); and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
