With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth L. Parfrey (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Aurora, South Dakota, who passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer L. Justice and Bertha Justice (Schaffer); and her siblings, Ruby, Arla and Gene.
She is survived by: her husband Byron L. Parfrey; her brother Richard Justice; and her nephews, Rick, Bob and Randy Justice.
