It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Duggan in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Archie Hoeverman; her husband Tom Duggan; her mother Grace Hoeverman; and her pet Archie. She is survived by: her children, Anne (Victor Figueroa), Tim (Kate Bast) and Ted; her sister Sue Moran; her grandsons, Shane and Levi Duggan; and her pet Bubbles.
