He was predeceased by: his mother Denise Ward; and his grandparents, Ramona Ward, Roger and Norma Johnson. He is survived by: his father Wayne Johnson of Waukon; his siblings, Molly Hawes (Dakota) of Waukon, Bobby Johnson (Lori) and Amy Lenzendorf (Doug); his grandfather Gary Ward; and his siblings' children, Cameron, Colton Johnson, Dawson, Drew Lenzendorf, Lennyn Hawes and Baby Hawes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
