She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Cordts and Ruth Annette Cordts of Pekin, Illinois.; her son John Cordts Slack; her grandson Calvin Slack Lenz; and her husband Jerald Slack of Pekin Ill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Slack (Tom Rice) and Sara Lenz (Dan Lenz); her grandchildren, Everett Lenz (Anna Lenz), Olivia Lenz (Christopher Erb), Isabella Lenz, Jake Lenz (Arianna Lenz), Wyatt Slack and Cole Slack; and her caregivers, Sam Price, Pam Cuniff and Jacinta Kallenbach.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
