He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Bartholomew (Lang) and Francis "Bud" Bartholomew; his siblings, Paul, Bruce and Fran Peterson; and his granddaughter Jenna Lily.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Moen Bartholomew; his daughters, Jaimi Bartholomew-Clementi, Jodi Bartholomew and Jenifer Goane (John); and his grandchildren, Cassi, Sam, Tyler, Estevan, Randy, Justin, Alexis, Laura, Kevin, Zachery, Caitlyn, John and Joshua.
Memorials may be made to the family to be donated in Bart's name to charities near to his heart. Donations may be mailed to Cynthia Bartholomew, 1840 Baird Street Madison, WI 53713.
