He is survived by: his mother Linnet Johnson (Lee); his wife Denise Johnson; his son Michael Johnson (Erica); his grandchildren, Lilith Ann and Bo Allen; his brothers, Randy Johnson and David Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Robb Bessey and Karen Pawlak.
