She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo McGargle and Catherine McGargle (Hines); her husband Tom; her stepfather Lawrence Murphy; her brother Mark "Buck" Murphy; and her sister-in-law Peggy Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Pat (Karen) of Madison, WI, Tim (Carmen) of Brooklyn, WI, Greg of Deforest, WI and Brian (Pam) of Randolph, WI; her grandchildren, Keith (Lindsay), Brittany (Andy), Rory, Casey (Christine), Sara (Eric), Grant and Ryan (Sarah); and her siblings, Jean Ellenbolt (Ray) of Plain, WI, Jane Biba (John) of Muscoda, WI and Larry Murphy of Reedsburg, WI.. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ryan Funeral Home (2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul or the American Red Cross.
