He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Nicolai and Evelyn Nicolai (Bahr); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Corey Nicolai (Tami) of Virginia Beach and Kristina Nicolai-White (Jeffrey) of Middleton, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Madison Nicolai, Arianna (John), Morrison (White), Halle White and Jefferson "Jack" White; and his siblings, Rodney, Steve, Alan, Randy, Tim, Barb, Sandy, Kathy and Mary. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
