It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thanh C. Phan of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Phan and Huyen Do; his siblings, Lien Phan, Chanh Phan and Ly Phan; and his former wife Do Tran.

He is survived by: his children, Truc Phan (Hai Le), Tung Phan (Trung Tran), Van Phan (Vincent To) and Anthony V. Phan; his grandchildren, Stephanie Le, Andrew Tran, Aden Tran and Ethan To; his siblings, Minh Phan, Tam Phan, Khanh Phan, Mai Phan, Cuc Phan and Lan Phan; and his siblings-in-law, Lien Du, Minh Chung and Huy Chung. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines at this time, only 50 people are allowed into the chapel at a time.
