He is survived by: his spouse Beulah; his children, Debbie Lenzen (Larry) of Minneapolis, Tom Curtis of Madison, Barb Oswald (Dave) of Cottage Grove and Dan Curtis (Debbie) of Elkhorn; his grandchildren, Shelly, Brandon, Alyssa, Brooke, Caitlin, Courteney and Grace; his brother Jack Curtis (Iris); his sister-in-law Beverly Curtis; Steve Curtis (Marilyn), Bill Curtis (Carol) and Bob Curtis.
