Susan Ward wrote a sympathy message

“I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of Tom. He was such a nice person. He was so dedicated to his family. I remember Tom as a young adjuster at Economy. A little over nine years ago, found myself working with him again. He brought so much to everything he did, his loss will have an impact on all. Blessings to the Heineken Family.”
