He was predeceased by: his parents, William Webb and Elizabeth Webb (Ronan). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carter; his children, Laura Schwarze (Jordan), Samuel Webb (Elizabeth), Mathew Webb (Joy Rouches), Margaret Mitten (Jay), Sarah Lonsky (Zach), Michael Webb and Peter Webb (Haley); and his grandchildren, Layla, Logan, Carter, Jackson, Evelyn and Kase. He is also survived by five sisters and two brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
