He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard and Constance. He is survived by: his brothers, Peter Thurlow (Julie) of Madison, WI and Stephen Thurlow (Elizabeth) of Aurora, IL; and his cousins, Jim Farwell (Yoko) of Enumclaw, WA and Bruce Farwell (Renata) of Simi Valley, CA. He is also survived by 8 grand nieces and nephews.
