He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lowell and Lawrence Lowell; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Christensen; his sister Sandy Gray; his in-laws, Jan Carstens (Hank) and Jon Christensen (Pat); and his nieces and nephews, Chad (Tuesday), Casey (Corrine), Chuck (Becky), Shaun, Jason, Heather (Michael), Heidi (Jesse) and Jackie (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cress Funeral Home (3610 Speedway Rd, Madison, WI 53705). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that a donation be made to Agrace Hospice, Capitol Lakes Foundation or a nonprofit environmental organization of your choice.
