He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Pike and Edna Pike (Hubbell). He is survived by: his brother William Pike of Laguna Beach, CA; his children, John Pike (Kay) of Verona, WI and Jayne Glocke (Dennis) of State College, PA; and his grandchildren, James Pike (Jessica) of Richfield, WI, Katherine Herro (Sam) of Waukee, IA, Elizabeth Becker (Ben) of Bellingham, WA, Nathan Glocke (Kate) of State College, PA, Geoff Glocke of De Pere, WI and Erin Glocke of Bethlehem, NH. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
