He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Pickarts; his children, Pam Kluever (Kerry), Cindy Frank (Doug) and Doug Pickarts (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kaela, Kelsey Kluever, Kyle, Mitchell Frank (Johnna), Trey, Trent (Kelsey Felicijan), Teegan and Taryn Pickarts; and his great grandchild Thea Frank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
