It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Mahlon Hallmark of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hallmark and Rose Hallmark (Buege); his wife Peggy; his siblings, Edward (Charles), Richard (Robert), Delores and Connie (Nancy); his in-laws, Kensel and Viola Farrell; and his sister-in-law Gwen Quam.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey (Jean); his grandchildren, Lukas and Oliva; his daughter Kathy Hrabovsky (Brian); his grandchildren, Amanda and Logan; his son Daniel (Ann); his grandchildren, Nick, Aubrey, Grace and Colleen; his daughter Amy Brodie (Pat); his grandchildren, Tyler, Ali, Dustin and Joshua; his sister Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley, Charles and Lee Farrell. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or the Oregon Senior Center.
