She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cook; her children, Matthew Cook, Philip Cook (Keli) and Suzanna Cook (Anthony Standifer); her grandchildren, Ian Cook, Mark Standifer, Severin Cook, Jane Cook, Natalie Standifer and Olivia Cook; and her siblings, Barbara Elliott (Ted), Kathy Garvoille (Gerry), Laurel Statz (Mike), Andrea Hareid (David), Thomas Gillitzer (Mary), Dan Gillitzer (Gina Hrdlicka) and Gary Gillitzer (Roxanne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
