He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo G. Ballwanz and Constance Schraven Ballwanz; and his brothers, Robert and Raymond Ballwanz (Judy). He is survived by : his son Zayne Siverling of Deerbrook; and his siblings, Donald Ballwanz (Diana) of Neshkoro, Rosalie Ballwanz of Waukesha and Linda Ingenthron (Kevin) of Little Chute. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
