He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Sr. Guelig and Marie Guelig (Nett); his parents-in-law, John and Violet Feyen; his siblings, Oscar Jr. Guelig and Anna Mae Nett; his sister-in-law Nancy Feyen; and also, Rosaline and Rita.
He is survived by : his wife Mary; his daughters, Jean Tennis (Dave) of Bayside, WI, Lori Spletter (Tom) of Fond and Sheri Rahmer (Tom) of Princeton, WI; his grandchildren, Gracie Tennis, Maddi, Mariah, Ian Spletter (Jaydin) and Katie Kusilek (Dan); his great grandchild Hazel Grace Kusilek; and his brothers-in-law, Don Feyen and Wilfred "Bill" Nett. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
During Francis's lifetime, he donated 98 pints of blood at the Holyland Blood Drive.
