He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. Diederichs and Priska Diederichs (Sabel); his wife Bernice A. Abler; his daughter Anna; his granddaughter Angela; his great grandchild Amelia; his parents-in-law, William and Rose Abler; his brothers, Melvin Diederichs (Rita) and Jerome Diederichs (Joanne); and his siblings-in-law, Julitta Schmitz (Elmer), Willie Abler (Marie), Roger "Cheesie" Abler (Mary), Don Abler, Bob Ballwanz and Donnie Nadler.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Kraus (Fran) of Malone, Mary Baus (Ron) of Mount Calvary, Dan Diederichs (Lori) of Fond du Lac, Mark Diederichs (Laurie) of Malone, Tom Diederichs (Kathy) of Malone and Paul Diederichs (Nancy) of Malone; his sister Edna Nadler; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Ballwanz, Marian Freund (Ron), Diana Abler and Kathy Kempf (Al). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Holyland Church (N9288 County Rd W, Malone, WI 53049).
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
